Return Policy & Other Services Conditions
At NBD we value our clients. Most NBD services are generally completed within 2 - 8 weeks unless notified by NBD orally or in writing of any delays which can be expected.
Additional Charges:
Additional charges may be applied after (2) two edits (FREE) of text content that I have emailed to NBD netbusinessdesign@yahoo.com that may be added to any of the following such as but not limited to;
- Marketing materials
- Website
- Blog
- Articles
- Autoresponders
- Ad banners
- Comment or forum content etc,.
A cost to client of a minimum charge of $25.00 and up per service or per hour may apply. This also applies to creative works charges starting at $45.00 depending on type of service per edit or change per hour.
It should also be understand that any changes after service has been considered completed and receipt of balances (which constitutes completion) in full and that client may expect to be charged additional charges for additional edits or changes.
In addition services rendered by NBD will not be released to client without this a signed Agreement of approval via in writting or on www.netbusinessdesign.com.
REFUND POLICY (Please Read):
Refund Policy regarding Creative Services and NBD Setup Services for the following;
Due to the type of services provided by Net Business Design Concept Coordinators and Marketing Services, Inc. setup services starts immediately after customers deposit has been cleared.
No Refunds; Will not be granted after 3 days of receipt of any deposit or balance owed.
Refund Disbursement; Any Refund Disbursements of up to 60% maybe granted within 3 days and mailed within a 30 day period to address recorded on your invoice.

Outsourced Services and Other Conditions; Only 40% - 60% will be utilize for initial setup fees depending on services (such as outsourced services - Photograph, animation, video, make-up, Set Design, out sourced coaching, etc. These services are generally paid in full.
